IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All dogs are individuals and each of their learning will progress at variable rates. Several courses/sessions & training equipment may be required to achieve desired results. There are no guarantees that the dog(s) will be able to learn, only that the lessons/instruction will be provided. For dogs to retain what they have learned, a maintenance program must be practiced, consistently, with the residents living inside the home &/or regular visits with a trainer.

DeBlois Dogs reserves the right to dismiss, any owner, for failure to abide by the rules as stated by DeBlois Dogs, providing inaccurate or false details on the intake form, failure to control the dog, owner abuse of dog, dangerous behavior of the dog, failure to follow training advice & complete homework, and/or failure to adhere to a maintenance plan or program. 

SCHEDULING

Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers are accountable for their own schedules. Scheduling a service with DeBlois Dogs can be done by contacting us through Facebook messenger, phone call, text, or email. These should be used in all efforts for scheduling, new requests, changes to requests, & cancellations of service.

PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

At DeBlois Dogs, we require all services to be paid in full at time of scheduling to secure a spot. It is essential to note that spots for training sessions, boarding, board & train programs, & daycare will not be reserved unless payment is provided during the scheduling process. Failure to do so will result in a later start date &/or cancellation of services. To provide convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods, such as PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay, and cash. Please note that we do not accept checks.

In the event of a cancellation by DeBlois Dogs, the fee will be applied to a rescheduled session; however scheduling the session is still the owner’s responsibility. If scheduled bookings are cancelled, by the owner, with fewer than a 24-hours notice, that booking &/or fee is forfeited unless a valid emergency is accepted by DeBlois Dogs. 

At DeBlois Dogs, we want to ensure transparency and clarity in our refund policy. Please note that there will be NO refunds in the following scenarios:

  • An owner is dismissed by DeBlois Dogs for any of the reasons stated above.

  • An owner cancels a scheduled booking with less than 24-hours notice.

  • A customer declines to take care of their own scheduling.

  • A customer is unhappy with the results after provided with the skilled services &/or failure to follow trainer’s recommendations

ILLNESSES/VACCINATIONS

If your dog needs medical attention while in the care of DeBlois Dogs and you are not reachable, you authorize us to care for your dog by transport to your veterinarian (or nearest available per dog’s location at the time of the medical emergency). You also authorize DeBlois Dogs to approve any emergency treatment recommended by the veterinarian, excluding euthanasia. You release DeBlois Dogs from all liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense and agree to pay DeBlois Dogs, in full within 24-hours) for any charges or fees associated with medical treatment for your dog.

At DeBlois Dogs, we want to ensure the safety and well-being of all the dogs under our care. Therefore, it is a legal requirement that all dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations. Failure to provide updated vaccination records when requested by DeBlois Dogs & before a scheduled service will result in a delay in the start date of services or potential cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all the dogs in our care.
